The most powerful version of the Jaguar F-Type to add his name to the SVR will rely on the power of 600 hp, says the publication Motortrend.
The release of such a car was officially announced by John Edwards - chief of division Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations. He declined to give details of the machine and its drive train, but now they are beginning to come to light.
Currently, the top version of the serial F-Type is an additional letter R and offers 550 hp engine and four-wheel drive. Besides her division SVO create and Roadster F-Type Project 7, which relies 575 hp, it will be produced only 250 pieces.
Expected F-Type SVR can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.9 seconds. The most likely future modification of the model will be available in two versions - as a coupe and roadster, but at the moment it is not confirmed.
